Structural Design and Analysis
New construction standards are continuously increasing. Skyscrapers become higher, bridges span longer, and tunnels go deeper. Do you want to be a part of this development and work with constructions of different shapes and sizes all around the world? During the Master's programme in Structural Design and Analysis, you learn how the construction process works and how you can manage issues and problems that may occur during the process.
Studying the Master’s programme in Structural Design and Analysis at AAU, you will work with the design and analysis of buildings and infrastructures. This includes land-based structures, offshore installations, harbours, coastal protection as well as structural design of devices for energy. One of the issues that will be addressed is the increasing demand for safety against environmental hazards such as earthquakes, floods and wind.
