Urgent crisis assistance

Urgent crisis services are delivered within minutes or a few hours of contact, and they can be implemented any time of day — Even on Sundays and during holidays. Examples of incidents that call for urgent crisis assistance can be sudden and unexpected situations that threaten the life and health of a person. Such as accidents, violence, sexual assault, assault, attempts at suicide, etc.

Other sources of crisis assistance

Help can be delivered any time of day, but depending on which offer you choose, the time you must wait might differ. Incidents that require other sources of crisis help include the ones referred to as urgent crises, but also includes loneliness, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, grief, anxiety, self-harm, depression, etc.
