Download ITX Flex by selecting the correct installation (Windows or Mac) and following the installation guide.

Open ITX Flex. The program will now perform a check to see if everything is ready.

If you see three green checkmarks, your PC is ready, and you can click on Start exam. You will then be taken to a login page.

If you see one or more red crosses instead of green checkmarks, you need to resolve the issue. Contact IT support at 9940 2020 or via your local service desk if you need help.

Under LOGIN, enter your personal code and click Continue.

• For a demo exam, the code is H00000.
• For a real exam, you can find your personal code on the exam in Digital Exam.

After completing the above steps, wait for one minute before you can start your demo exam. After this minute, you will see a red border around your window. This indicates that monitoring is active (Note: For MacOS users, the red border does not always follow the open window, but ITX Flex still records the active window).

Click on Start exam. ITX Flex is now active and monitoring your PC.

In the next window, click on Go to the assignment.

After this, you will receive a final confirmation that the demo exam has been completed successfully.

In the actual exam, you will find the assignment in Digital Exam, and you must also upload and submit your response in Digital Exam. Once this is done and you can see your submission receipt, you can close ITX Flex. If you forget to close ITX Flex, the program will automatically shut down no later than 15 minutes after the exam's deadline.
