ITX Flex

System requirements when using ITX Flex

What are the system requirements for my computer?

  • Your computer must meet the minimum requirements (see below)
  • You will need to install ITX Flex on your computer—preferably a few days/one week before the exam
  • You need two codes for your exam: the personal code and the PIN code.
    • You must enter your personal code to start ITX Flex. The personal code is visible in Digital Exam 45 min before the exam starts.
    • Once the exam starts, you need to enter the PIN code. This unlocks the assignment in ITX Flex and allows you to submit your hand-in when you are done. The PIN code is provided by the invigilators in the examination room.
  • ITX Flex must be active on your computer throughout the entire exam. ITX Flex starts recording when the exam begins and stops when you submit your hand-in and exit the program or 15 min after the exam ends. A red frame around the edge of your screen means ITX Flex is working.
  • It is your responsibility that ITX Flex is active. If you cannot see the red frame at any point during the exam, please restart ITX Flex or request assistance. If you need to restart your computer, be sure to also restart the ITX Flex program.
  • Remember to save and upload your submission in the document format(s) specified for the exam.
  • If you experience problems during the exam, please contact an IT supporter og invigilator.
  • Information regarding permitted aids and the exam rules are not described in this guide. Your study secretary provides these.
