You need to have MFA (multifactor authentication) installed on your phone. Remember to test that you can access Moodle. Do this well ahead of the exam so you have time to get help from IT Support, if you experience any issues. 

Read AAUs Examination policies and procedures—especially the section regarding exams with supervision.

Bring your phone with the MFA app installed.

Once your attendance has been registered and you've been assigned a seat, login to Moodle. Use your phone if necessary.

Once logged in to Moodle, your phone must be put away. Follow the invigilators' instructions.

Remember to start ITX Flex.

Once you have completed and handed in your Quiz in Moodle, you need to hand in a dummy document in Digital Exam.

• This dummy document is necessary for the exam to be completed correctly - you HAVE TO complete the hand-in in Digital Exam.
• For instance, you can upload a word document containing your student no. and "I have handed in via Moodle"—or some other random text. Please include text in the document, so it is not considered a blank exam.
• DO NOT click Submit a blank exam—this means that you cannot be assessed and graded in Digital Exam.

When Digital Exam has registered your hand-in, you can close ITX Flex and the exam is now done. 

You can be prompted to login with MFA again, but this should only happen in rare circumstances such as if your computer or the network breaks down. In that case, report this to an invigilator and ask permission to use your phone to login again. Follow the invigilators' instructions.
