We'll start by exploring the Danish workplace culture. You'll learn about the importance of teamwork, flexibility, and consensus-building in Danish businesses.

We'll:

  • Focus on cultural differences.
  • Look at how Danish culture compares to your own.
  • Discuss how to navigate these differences in a way that is respectful and productive.

We will also explore and discuss the Danish concept of "hygge," which is a hard-to-define but essential part of Danish culture.

By the end of this course, you'll have a deeper understanding of Danish culture and how it shapes the way Danes live and work. You'll also be better equipped to interact with Danes in a way that is most effective.
